All weekend long, I was being updated on how well my old soccer team was doing in their tournament in Las Vegas. A few weeks before, one of my very close friends, Evie, offered me a ride to go down with them to support all of them and also just be together again, like last year. One problem though, my mom did not think it was a good idea because I would be "bored." How would I even come close to bored when I'm surrounded by all of my friends and watching my favorite game? Well anyways, she did not let me go and as it got even closer to the weekend, all of the girls were talking about leaving and how much fun it would be. This just made me even more sad. However, they were sad too, it might sound kind of bad and I don't mean for it to be, but it helped cheer me up! Cali was keeping me updated on how they were doing and she told me they won the whole entire tournament! Even though I couldn't be there to see it, hearing about how well they well doing made me SUPER happy for them!
